As part of our Cost Management service from the outset of the Project we will assess the building cost by producing an intelligent 3D computer generated model from the architect’s plans. The model is linked to a cost database so that any design or specification change is reflected throughout the entire model and a revised cost instantly generated.

The model also produces schedules of quantities for tendering of sub-contract packages and, following input of progress data, will produce cash flows for financial planning and progress payments.

At completion, final accounts are quick to produce as changes and variations are regularly imputed into the model which immediately determines the cost impact.

imagesAt Solutions we offer an independent quality management service to oversee fit out works being constructed by Third Parties. This ensures that the finished works are of the highest quality when they are handed over for operational use.

The service has three main components: quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Regarding quality management we focus not only on product quality, but also the means to achieve it. Our service therefore uses quality assurance and control of processes as well as products to achieve more consistent quality.
